Here’s what happens when you book your wedding photography with me: a conversation about your plans, time to prepare together, and photographs to return to afterwards.

How we’ll work together.

Tell me about your wedding
Share your date, venue and the coverage you’re considering. We’ll discuss availability, your plans and any questions you have before you decide.

Choose your coverage & book
Once we’ve confirmed availability and your package, a £400 deposit secures your date. The wedding packages page sets out coverage, prices and the current payment terms.

Plan the photographs together
Your pre-wedding consultation is our chance to talk through timings, family groups and the moments that matter. My 48-page wedding photography guide and planning workbook are included with every wedding package, at no extra cost.

Enjoy the day & keep the memories
On the day, I’ll offer direction for portraits and photograph the moments as they unfold. Afterwards, you’ll receive your edited photographs in an online gallery to download and share, plus the photobook included in your package. We’ll confirm the delivery schedule when discussing your booking.

The practical questions
What should we include in our enquiry?
Your wedding date, ceremony and reception locations, and roughly how much of the day you’d like photographed. It’s fine if the details are still taking shape.
Is the wedding photography guide included?
Yes. The 48-page guide and planning workbook are included at no extra cost with every wedding photography package: Registration, Half day and Whole day. Wedding clients do not need to buy it separately.
Can we share a list of important photographs?
Yes. We’ll discuss the people, details and moments that matter to you at your pre-wedding consultation, including any important family groups.
When will we receive our photographs?
We’ll confirm the delivery schedule when discussing your booking. Your edited photographs are supplied through an online gallery; the photobook depends on your chosen package.
Is travel included?
Travel within Sussex is included. For weddings elsewhere in England, additional transport and accommodation costs may apply; we’ll discuss these with your plans.
